1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 99myr. Opening duplicate accounts, or assisting another person to open an account in circumvention of restrictions, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Notify 99myr promptly of any changes to your registration details.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your 99myr account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email. 99myr will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 99myr may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before fulfilling wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus conditions include:

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 99myr are subject to thespecific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, Teen Patti, tennis betting). By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules.

Key general betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 99myr does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest odds error (where odds are clearly incorrect due to a system fault), 99myr reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface.
• Bets placed on suspended or closed markets will be voided and stakes returned.

For live in-play betting — particularly popular during Malaysia Super League fixtures, World Cup qualifying matches, and the AFF Cup — please note that markets may be suspended temporarily during play. 99myr accepts no liability for bets not placed due to temporary market suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99myr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing — placing bets on events you know, or have reasonable grounds to believe, have been manipulated.
• Arbitrage betting — exploiting pricing discrepancies across platforms in a systematic manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of bots or automated software — deploying scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Chargebacks — initiating unauthorised payment reversals after deposits have been used for betting. This constitutes theft and will be pursued accordingly.
• Bonus abuse — any systematic exploitation of promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose.

99myr employs sophisticated monitoring tools and risk management systems to detect prohibited conduct. We cooperate with payment processors, licensing bodies, and law enforcement agencies where necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon termination, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 99myr.
